Pipeline UI Issues
A high volume of requests led to degraded performance on one of our database servers, and caused major performance problems with the Pipeline user interface. We have mitigated the issue by reducing request volume on the database and expanding its resources. No data was lost. We are monitoring this system and adding proactive notification to avoid future outages.
